Shipping policy 

Processing time 
This is the time we need to prepare the order for shipping.  We ship items worldwide.  We do not ship during holidays. Please, make sure you have provided a complete delivery address and phone number. We need between 5-10 business days to complete an order, but for details check the description of each item. We offer RUSH orders upon request. Please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs promptly.
The estimated shipping time provided does not include the shipping travel time.  Once your order has been dispatched from our shop, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses to your parcel. When you receive visibly opened parcel or damaged item, please make photos and raise the issue with the courier company. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the transportation.

We send all parcels with a tracking number for your convenience (Except for Australia, where the parcel will be delivered with a signature requirement).

CUSTOM FEES and DUTIES:

Import charges, taxes and duties are not included in the price of the item. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their own country.

We have no control over and are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping FEE/ Reshipping FEE 
 
For orders over €100, there is a free shipping. However, for orders under €100, there is a listing fee that you can select for payment along with your item. This listing covers the shipping costs for items under €100 that do not qualify for free shipping and restocking fee or additional shipping costs for shipping a new item to you. This listing does not cover  RUSH fee or shipping insurance. 
For EU countries the Shipping FEE/ Reshipping FEE is €8, for non-EU countries is €15. To enjoy FREE shipping, simply spend over €100 and the shipping will be on us.
